"I was hoping it might give me a..."
I was hoping it might give me a little extra energy, but I didn’t feel much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me I pretty much felt the same.

"Took forever tbh"
I waited weeks for my order and had no clue what was going on most of the time. Updates were super unclear, and when I reached out to support, they barely replied. Frustrating ngl.

"Delivery felt way slower than it should’ve"
In my experience, the delivery took way too long. The package eventually showed up, but it was late, the tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t feel like they were much help.

"Didn’t Help My Focus at All"
I tried this because I really needed to stay focused and get a bunch of stuff done, but i didn’t notice any real difference. I had kind of planned my whole day around finally being productive, and that definitely did not happen. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it was just disappointing and kind of messed up my plans

"Packaging was really disappointing"
My order from Neuro US showed up in this super thin box with barely any padding inside. One side of the package was totally crushed, and the product looked like it had been bouncing around the whole way. The weird part is, it felt like they didn’t even try to protect it properly. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this just seemed careless and kind of cheap. They definitely need to use better packaging...

"Way too chewy for my taste"
I don’t know if I got a weird batch or what, but the texture was just off. It was super chewy and kind of a pain to eat, so I couldn’t really enjoy it.

"Pricing was literally confusing"
I had to click around way too much before the prices were actually clear. It was annoying and felt a little sketchy, even though the products themselves seem okay.

"Managing the subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be"
The product itself was fine, but trying to change or cancel my subscription was a hassle. The account page felt confusing, and it took way longer than it should have to figure out what to do. When I reached out, I mostly got those canned apology responses, which just made it more frustrating because it didn’t feel like anyone was actually helping.

"My snack plans were kind of ruined"
I was really hoping to grab a few different flavors and make a little treat out of it, but there just weren’t enough options for me. Kind of ruined my plans because I couldn’t find anything beyond the usual choices

"Helped a bit, but not a major difference for me"
I’d say this was a middle-of-the-road experience for me. I did notice a little improvement after using it for a few weeks, so I don’t want to act like it did nothing at all. It just wasn’t the kind of big change I was hoping for.
To be fair, everyone’s different, and I can see how it might work better for someone else. For me, it was okay, but not enough that I’d be super excited about it.

"Shipping was really slow"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way too long. Like, way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated the whole time too, so I was just kind of waiting and waiting without really knowing what was going on.

"Flavor wasn’t great, and the handling felt careless"
I really wanted to like the stuff from neuro-us.com, but the flavor just didn’t work for me. It starts out okay for maybe the first minute, then it turns kind of bitter and strange in a way I couldn’t get past.

It also left this dry aftertaste that I really didn’t enjoy. On top of that, the package felt like it had been handled carelessly, which didn’t help the overall impression. Not the worst product ever, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"A bit frustrating on my phone"
I wanted to like using it on my phone, and some parts seemed useful, but the pages felt kind of messy. I kept losing track of where I was, which made the whole experience more frustrating than I expected.

"Made me feel way too wired"
I tried Neuro for a few days hoping it would help me focus, but it just made me feel way too jittery. Like shaky hands, restless legs, that weird “too much coffee” feeling, and I couldn’t really settle down to do normal stuff like answer emails, sit through a meeting, or even relax on the couch. My stomach also felt off, kind of queasy and uncomfortable, almost like when you eat something that doesn’t agree with you. Maybe it works great for some people, like if you’re used to strong supplements or caffeine or energy drinks, but for me it just wasn’t worth feeling weird all day. I ended up stopping after a few days.

"Not exactly a grab-and-go hero"
I bought this thinking it would be an easy little take-anywhere setup, but nope. This so-called “portable champ” is kind of a pain to pack up and drag around. It works fine if you’re just leaving it at home, but for daily use on the move, it felt more like a hassle machine than anything convenient.

I ordered from neuro-us.com hoping for a light caffeine boost, nothing too intense, but it ended up feeling almost too subtle. I’m careful with stimulants and don’t like pushing my limits, so I was expecting something I could notice without overthinking it.
The strength just wasn’t there for me. I found myself tempted to take more than I originally planned, but that made me hesitate because I don’t really like guessing with caffeine or increasing the amount just to feel an effect.

Shipping was totally fine and I didn’t have any issue with the ordering process. The product itself just didn’t do enough for me, and because I’d rather not keep adjusting the dose, I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"I had a problem with my order, and..."
I had a problem with my order, and to be fair, support did get it sorted in the end. But it took so much back and forth. Like, I’d send a message, wait forever, get a half-answer, send another message, explain the same thing again, wait some more, and then have to follow up like I was reminding a friend to text me back. It felt like I was doing the chasing the whole time — emails, updates, checking in, repeating details, all of it. I’m glad the issue is finally fixed, but it was way more hassle than it needed to be.
